Nice place with great views and a fun casino atmosphere. The nightlife was lively, especially at HQ club. Check-in process was chaotic, took way too long. Would recommend visiting during the week to avoid crowds.

The room had a fantastic view. Comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a fridge for drinks and leftovers. Loved the self-closing curtains and the roomy closet. Super clean! I enjoyed the spa with various treatments and the nice indoor and outdoor pools. Great location at the quiet end of the boardwalk.

The atmosphere around the hotel is vibrant with the beach just a short stroll away and the bustling boardwalk right outside your door, making it easy to explore nearby gems like Steel Pier and the Civil Rights Garden, while the various dining options like Amada and Wahlburgers are just a few steps away for great meals; the pool area and overall amenities are delightful but the room sizes might feel a bit cramped for larger groups.

The arcade area is a blast for the kids, and they even have a fun carousel. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The bed was comfortable, creating a restful atmosphere. cleanliness was an issue; the shower drain had hair, and the bedside frames were stained on two occasions. I appreciated the prompt assistance from the friendly staff when the TV had a cable issue. The temperature control was efficient, maintaining a pleasant environment. Unfortunately, the first room key didn't work, leading to some inconvenience during check-in. Despite the hiccups, the amenities, like the fish tank and fire pit, enhanced the pleasant vibe of the stay.

Beautiful views. Enjoyed the happy hours. The pool was inviting-warm and relaxing. The hot tub? A perfect addition. Luxury comes with convenience; no need to venture far. The boardwalk is a bonus, alongside vibrant shops and dining. the soundproofing is inadequate. Laughter and music from neighboring rooms interrupted our peace. Check-in mishaps caused delays. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with blood on the bathroom floor upon arrival, unsettling at best. Service was inconsistent. Some spa amenities lacked care-holes in robes, mold in the pool. Charges were unclear, including an unexpected upcharge on massages. A mix of positives and pitfalls, promising potential for improvement.

Dining was a highlight, especially the Faro Island Salmon at Dolce Mare. In spite of a few service hiccups, the staff's overall cheerfulness shone through. Just watch out for the inconsistencies; it can be hit or miss.

Need more exhilarating and interactive entertainment options for young party-goers.

The games and entertainment options were fantastic, from the lively casino floor with slots and blackjack Surrender available at every table to the adrenaline-pumping Craps action. The Sportsbook was a hub of excitement, allowing us to bet on all our favorite games in a vibrant setting.

My wife says that a kids' club would be great.

The room was larger than my old apartment in Brooklyn with amazing furnishings. The meal at one of the restaurants was a 1000, top-notch! The location was perfect for a city trip, with a fantastic view and excellent light show from the Ferris wheel.

There were various issues with the room, stains on the carpet, and cleanliness problems in the bathroom. Parking was confusing and ended up being more expensive than expected.

The air conditioning seemed a bit inconsistent, and the carpeted floor looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. I also noticed some wear on the furniture in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Room service was prompt, but I did have to ask for fresh towels and washcloths, which I would have expected to be automatically provided. the housekeeping could have been more thorough in addressing the dusty corners and broken amenities like the toilet paper holder. Despite the room issues, the friendly staff and enjoyable amenities like the flat-screen TV made my stay somewhat satisfactory. Hopefully, they can work on the room maintenance.

Wow, what a Christmas getaway! The hotel's location at the north end of the boardwalk offered breathtaking ocean views , truly a one, of, a. The variety of dining options and happy hour spots made exploring the culinary scene a joy. The spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities were a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

The check, in process was a bit slow, and the room wasn't ready upon arrival.

the location was excellent with beautiful ocean views. the corner suite on the 46th floor provided breathtaking views of Absecon Bay and Brigantine, as well as the Atlantic Ocean. the room had floor to ceiling windows with electronic window shades, a large bedroom, and a very nice bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. the hotel itself is immense with many great restaurants and exceptional staff.
